Men, don't be put off by the girlishness of the cover! Yes, it looks a little feminine with its big pink heart and the baby blue background, and, let's face it, the modern man isn't looking for 'love' is he? Well, your hidden desires are all disclosed in this book and the information about women will blow you away. May you need never be left dumbfounded again. Instead, she will be the dumbfounded one. Yes, as a woman writing this review, I am telling you it's factual, it's easy and it's incredible!
Women, the book is as wonderful as the cover suggests and the bold title is as bold as the advice it gives. The advice easily glides between gender specifics and you can learn a lot about yourself as well as becoming an irresistible seductive single...

What distinguishes this book offering advice on love, dating and sex from all the others is that this one is researched. The author hasn't just jumped in assuming she knows it all, or assuming because she's had a job in accounting that she knows people. Instead, the author has jumped in with knowledge and understanding of her subject, deriving from the effort she's put in to finding scientific studies and devising clever, yet simple, techniques based on them and from the personal research she has conducted in the form of what she calls 'The Project', an enterprise that rapidly gained public recognition and from which much of the advice stems. Lowndes has been very smart in outlining her successes to start with. Fortunately, the book ends in such a way as well. She has published many other books on communication and social situations - you'll be running out to get more.

The whole book is very candid and frank. There's no beating around the bush and there's no irrelevant information. My only concern when reading is that it is very much something that has been written for Americans. There are some hilarious British stereotypes in there, but generally this is all part of the fun. If you're able to put these aside and read between the lines a little, it actually makes the whole experience a little more enjoyable and humorous. With this happy feeling and the author's consistent confidence building with words like 'perfection', you'll be ready to go and unleash your incredible self on to all the seeking singles out there.

I would only advocate this particular advice to heterosexual individuals, because it is very gender specific and really focuses on the biological/evolutionary principle of needing to reproduce.
